These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inklayed ("Service"), a web-based 3D tattoo visualization tool operated by Inklayed ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Inklayed. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inklayed.com of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans (Lite, Pro) are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used, in compliance with EU consumer law where applicable.
You agree not to:
— Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
— Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit material involving minors;
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service;
— Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others;
— Bypass usage limits, rate limiters, or subscription tiers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain full ownership of content you upload (sketches, tattoos, photos, 3D scans). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your content for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service.
The Service may use third-party AI providers (FAL, Leonardo) to generate 3D models from photos. Images you upload for scanning are sent to those providers according to their terms. Generated models are your property.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
